STUDIO BOOKING POLICY

DEPOSITS

Our Peaches Stylists are often fully booked. To protect their valuable time, we now require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Failure to pay this deposit at least 48 hours before your booking will unfortunately result in appointment cancellation. Your deposit payment can be made online, securely through our booking partner, Fresha. You will receive a link to make this payment when booking online, or via email shortly after making a phone or in-salon booking. Please note that all Hair Extension bookings will now require a 100% deposit to secure your booking.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

We kindly require that any cancellations or changes to your appointment are made at least 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Changes within this timeframe will enable us to refund your deposit or to transfer it to your rescheduled appointment. We will not refund deposits for appointments if changes are made within 48hrs of your appointment time (including changes to booked services).

 

LATE ARRIVALS

If you are late to your appointment this may result in changes to the services which we are able to provide you with. Please be aware that you will still be required to pay the full booked services costs. This also applies to last-minute changes to services.  

 

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We recommend using our online booking system to schedule your appointment. Our packaged services offer increased value and convenience. PAYMENT METHODS

Your initial 50% deposit can be paid securely through Fresha.

We welcome remaining payments by cash or card, and also offer the convenience of in-store Afterpay.
