to Peaches Hair Studio.

WHAT TO BOOK
Unsure on what to have, book in to see us for a complimentary consultation. We can ensure you are booked for the correct services and offer you an exact quote.

If you are booking in for Hair Extensions, we require a consultation before booking for Hair extension service to be done. The cost of the deposit will be advised upon consultation. Your appointment will not be secured until Peaches Hair Studio has received the transfer receipt. The deposit will be redeemed against your service on the day of your appointment.

DEPOSITS
Our Peaches Stylists are often fully booked. To protect their valuable time, we now require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Failure to pay this deposit at least 48 hours before your booking will unfortunately result in appointment cancellation. Your deposit payment can be made online, securely through our booking partner, Fresha. You will receive a link to make this payment when booking online, or via email shortly after making a phone or in-salon booking. Please note that all Hair Extension bookings will now require a 100% deposit to secure your booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We kindly require that any cancellations or changes to your appointment are made at least 48hrs prior to your appointment time. Changes within this timeframe will enable us to refund your deposit or to transfer it to your rescheduled appointment. We will not refund deposits for appointments if changes are made within 48hrs of your appointment time (including changes to booked services).

LATE ARRIVALS
If you are late to your appointment this may result in changes to the services which we are able to provide you with. Please be aware that you will still be required to pay the full booked services costs. This also applies to last-minute changes to services.

BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We recommend using our online booking system to schedule your appointment. Our packaged services offer increased value and convenience. PAYMENT METHODS
Your initial 50% deposit can be paid securely through Fresha. We welcome remaining payments by cash or card, and also offer the convenience of in-store Afterpay. Sorry we do not accept American Express.

SICKNESS
To ensure the health of our team and our valued clientele we adhere to a strict sickness policy. If you are unwell, please cancel your appointment with 24hrs notice. If you attend your appointment and are visibly unwell, we reserve the right to turn you away. We want to avoid the spread of illness within our salon to our staff and guests.

TREATMENT PREPARATION
Please arrive with unwashed hair, Unless advised to wash prior. Bring photos for inspiration if you are looking to have a complete change. This will help your hairdresser understand what you are wanting to achieve.

COST
Every client is SO different and we love to tailor your colour service to suit your hair needs. We generally recommend you come in for a complimentary consultation with one of our stylists to give you your custom quote. You can Book Online or check out our price list

LENGTH OF APPOINTMENT
The average time in our salon is usually 3 hours for a colour and haircut. If you are having a colour change/correction expect to be in the salon for up to 5 hours depending on the service and your hair. We hope that you will be honest and upfront with us when booking your appointment time on how long you have allocated for your appointment so we can let you know exactly what will be achievable. AMAZING HAIR must never be rushed.

WHAT PRODUCTS DO WE USE
We use Wella professional for all our colouring services. We offer a range of professional hair care products, including Wella, Kevin Murphy, and Kerastase. These brands are known for their quality and effectiveness in hair care and styling. Having them available for purchase allows our customers to continue your hair care routines at home with trusted products.

PARKING
Please allow 15 minutes to find a park as our little village is getting quite popular, especially when it’s perfect beach weather.

WAITLIST
We offer a waitlist, if you are looking for an appointment on a particular date please let us know and we will call you if something comes available

REBOOKING
It is advised to avoid disappointment to rebook your appointment as our stylist book out 1-2 weeks in advance for every day appointments, and 2-4 weeks in advance for our after hours appointments.
